Founder, Inland Luxury Sauna
Matthew is the founder of Inland Luxury Sauna, a Kelowna-based company offering premium custom saunas across North America. Before entrepreneurship, he spent years as a PGA of Canada golf professional, and he’s also an ultra-endurance athlete, which means he’s no stranger to long hours of practice and pushing through discomfort. Whether that translates to the dance floor remains to be seen. Born in Calgary and now proudly calling the Okanagan home, Matthew is thrilled to step well outside his comfort zone in support of the Central Okanagan Hospice Association. He’ll be sharing the experience with his partner Jordan, and while he can’t promise perfect footwork, he can promise full commitment, a competitive streak, and at least one move that took far too many rehearsals to learn.

I’m Jordan Smith, owner of FRESHUE Operations Management, a boutique agency serving clients in real estate, tech, wellness, and luxury lifestyle. I’m also a WNBF Bikini Pro athlete and Fitness Coach through Bold Fitness, blending business strategy with discipline and aesthetics, on stage and off.
Where the money goes
Swinging with the Stars is COHA’s signature fundraiser. What we raise goes to COHA’s community supportive care services and grief and bereavement programs — the people who sit with families through the hardest weeks of their lives, and who stay with them afterwards.
Community care for people living with a life-limiting illness, and for the people looking after them.
Counselling and group support that carries on long after a death — the part most people don’t know exists until they need it.
COHA serves the Central Okanagan. Give here and it stays here, for our neighbours.
Ways to give
A thousand people giving $35 gets us there. So does a hundred giving $350, or ten giving $3,500. The tracker above counts all three down at once, so you can watch your gift land.
For businesses
Cash sponsorships count toward our team total; the value of donated goods and in-kind donations does not. COHA prepares an invoice for sponsorships.
Gala night
Teams train for months, then compete in front of a sold-out room and a panel of judges. The dancing is the fun part. The fundraising is the point — and that part starts now, not in February.
